It’s a nice, cozy bakery that specializes in Gingerbread. Their gingerbread tots are delicious and their cupcakes are very good too. The ambiance is very festive and the place smells like Christmas!
We also tried their seasonal caramel apple cider which was very good too.
We stopped here before leaving town, big mistake. We should have come here the first night. It would have kept us coming back it was that good. By far, the best German chocolate cake. I didn't get a chance to eat it until 2 days later, and it STILL tasted fresh and delicious.
Super charming interior & a tasty selection of treats! 🧁🍨🤎 We tried the German chocolate cupcake + mini pumpkin cheesecake which were both delicious (and very sweet lol). Prepare to wait in line when busy, but it moves fast & staff are attentive/helpful. Love the faith quotes sprinkled around the shop 🤗
Also I highly recommend the cinnamon roll: it’s massive & good for sharing at a decent price! ✨

While the Christmas season did bring about some formidable wait times, the overall experience was well worth it. If you find yourself in the vicinity, a visit to the Gingerbread Factory is highly recommended for a charming and flavorful experience.
Ambience is low key bakery type. Once you are at the counter service is super quick.
A very cute cafe like pastry shop with lots of seating and a wide variety of baked food options. The problem for me was the pastry’s were way too sweet. We got the cinnamon roll and it was tasty but way too sweet for me.
Has a variety of drinks and pastries to choose from. Got the snickerdoodle, oatmeal raisin cookie, and coconut cupcake. The pastries tasted average nothing spectacular. Service was fast.
The bakery items were great, the people tending to us were very polite, but waiting over half an hour in line because their checkout system is no good was not the funnest. They definitely need more than one person at the register.
Not bad, but not worth the 40min wait time.
Maybe I’ll come back if there are < 5min wait time.
